How to find Activity Due field Populating?

Hi Community Guys,

 

I have a dough in incident form. While I create a new incident form the activity due field is populate "Unknown" and I move the state for activity due field is populated. How it is possible is it any OOB function running behind the fields?

someone please helps me to solve this? I have send screen shots for your reference.

Hi @Abbas Ahamed ,

 

By default, Inactivity monitor is only created for Priority one incidents. Hence all other non p1 Incidents show "Activity due" as 'Unknown'.
