How to get impersonate option in business portal

Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get the impersonate option in business portal. 

Tried the steps mentioned here but it did not work:

but why you want your end users using portal to impersonate?

I don't think it's a valid business requirement.

What do you mean by business portal ? is it csm portal or consumer portal

Consumer portal

Portal header is: Portal Polaris Header

if you are talking about Consumer Portal (csp), then it's for snc_external users usually the Consumers etc.

Since those are not sys_user records you cannot add impersonation logic there.

Why would 1 consumer impersonate another one?

I already informed above i.e. it doesn't look like a valid business requirement.
