How to hide a div tag from the sp portal

Hi Team ,

I have customized the service portal in such a way that it has a separate "Your Cart" division where it displays the requested for information .

But as per the requirement i am suppose to display it only for one catalog item called "Whitelist IP" and for other  catalog items that section should not be displayed .

I am not sure what changes are required in the HTML template /Client script to achieve this requirement in the Shopping cart widget.

Any input on the scripting part will be of huge help.
