I'm looking to run a full E2E ATF in one of my Service Requests, but I seem not to be able to locate the relevant Catalog Tasks (under RITM and REQ). Ideally, I should
1) locate this unique SCTASK;
2)assign it to a user and an assignment group;
3)write a note
4)update the status so it gets completed
These are my test steps so far:
Best Regards

Hi @BrunoPer
In step 10, use open catalog task with step 9 not 5.
It will work.
Alternative way:
In step 7 you have successfully opened Request record.
Use filter list to open RITM first and then task.'

Please follow below steps -
1. Please add 'Record Validation' Step after Step no 8. Give reference of 'Step no 7' under 'Record' field on Record Validation step (Table should be Requested Item)
2. On Step 9, condition is added wrong. Please add condition - 'Request' is 'Step no 5'
3. Please add 'Record Validation' Step after Step no 9. Give reference of previous step under 'Record' field on Record Validation step (Table should be Catalog Task)
4. On Step 10 , condition is added wrong. Give reference of previous step under 'Record' field

your step is failing to open sc_task Record
Did you check the user you are impersonating has correct role to view sc_task?
how about testing with admin role?

Hi @BrunoPer ,
You need to use the ID from step number 9 in step number 10 (something like: open sc_task where request_item is the ID from step number 9).
It seems you are using the sc_request ID to fetch the sc_task record.
Hope this helps!
Thank you,
