How to Show Hamburger Menu that appears in Global in the SOW.

Hi,

When looking at an RITM in global you have this below option. (screenshot)

How can I get this to show in the SOW. More importantly Add to Visual Task Board.

@GlideFather  I also got the VTB to open with a script but that simply opens the VTB and does not add a card of the incident to the VTB. I am stuck on this and can't find much info online.
