How to use a couple of channels with type chat

Hello everyone!

I've created two chat-type channels to segregate logic for different environments with distinct conditions. However, when I attempt to connect an agent from different virtual agents,  only one channel is functioning.Separately, they also work. I understand that I could create queues for each condition, but my preference is to keep channels separate. Are there any restrictions for channels of the same type, or could there be another reason why this setup isn't working?

Hi @MarinaL, also have the same struggle, have you found a solution?
This KB says that context dot-walk doesn't work on service channels, but this was my first try.
