How we can calculate business elapsed time from servicenow incident_sla table ?

Why wouldn't you just display the business elapsed time field?

Hi Brian ,

 

When i am creating report i am getting difference in business elapsed time which incident_sla is display and the business elapsed time which i am calculating manually .

 

So just want to know why i am facing this issue .

 business elapsed is available OOTB. What is it that you’re missing?

I am getting duration difference in business elapsed time in incident_sla table and the business duration for a ticket.
