I can see journal entries for incident it is not displaying on incident

Hi All,
I can see the journal entries for the incident, but they are not displayed in the incident notes section. The same work notes are displayed on the incident task. This is happening only in random cases, not all incidents .
There are only 10 entries for the incident, but those are not showing on the incident?

Can you please confirm with screenshots if below options are checked in your instance and you have tried to reproduce the same issue in your PDI:

All the values are available there, but it is not showing; this is only for random cases, not for all

Hello @Rushi
As per both the screenshots you cannot tell which form is this as well as work notes are checked.
If this is an intermitent issue then you should raise HI Ticket for ServiceNow to troubleshoot the probable causes:
1. Recent hotfix patch install.
2. Recent upgrade to higher version.
3. Recent deployment
