Inbound Action Failing Depending On Source

I have an inbound action I have been testing by sending emails from my personal account in the format they will be coming over in. When I went to switch the emails to come from the source system they error out while they are identical to the ones I have been sending. I can not find any detailed logs other then "did not create or update sc_req_item using current". Are their detailed logs somewhere that might explain why this inbound works for me but not when the source is Sharepoint? They are formatted exactly the same.

Update: We have other service accounts which generate items via inbound action just fine with only the role snc_internal. This account had that and didnt work. Gave the account admin and now the inbound action works.....
