Incident Number as Incident form URL

I got a requirement where i need to keep the incident form link along with my email. This URL should be same as the required Incident number .

Add ${URI_REF} in the Message of the notification to get link of the incident in the email.

I need to attach the url in my external email. not within servicenow. So when clicked, it should redirect to this particular incident form

Nothing right so far, my requirement is to include a link in my external mail that redirects to the required incident form. the link label should be the incident number itself.
