Hi folks - is there a way to extend the "on hold" incident options. I'd like to add another option into the list

Hi @Joe Calcada ,
Sure, just open the sys_choice.list and create the additional choice that you need:

Hi @Joe Calcada
The choice options are stored in the Choice [sys_choice] table, or you can also find them in the Dictionary of the field, under the related list Choices.
Would like to add more options to the Incident State or more options for the On Hold Reason one?
Cheers,
Tai Vu

Hello @Joe Calcada ,
I would like to clarify whether you intend to add the new choice to the "state" field, "Incident state," or the "On hold reason."
For your preferred field, you can right-click—currently, I'm considering the state field. Then, proceed to configure the dictionary. Navigate to the choices tab and click on "New." Fill in the necessary fields. In your case, ensure that the table is set to "incident," and add the label, value, and sequence according to the requirements. This ensures that the new choice reflects only for the Incident table and not for others.
I would appreciate your feedback on whether this aligns with your intentions or if you have different specifications in mind.
Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Aniket
