Hello @Stimson
In ServiceNow Performance Analytics, which handles indicators and breakdowns, you can indeed apply more than two breakdowns to an indicator. The ability to add multiple breakdowns allows for deeper analysis by segmenting data across different dimensions simultaneously.
How to Apply Multiple Breakdowns:
-
Navigate to the Indicator:
- Go to the Performance Analytics module in ServiceNow.
- Locate the indicator to which you want to apply multiple breakdowns.
-
Edit the Indicator:
- Open the indicator for editing. This can usually be done by navigating to the indicator's record or dashboard where it is displayed.
-
Add Breakdowns:
- In the indicator configuration form, you should find a section where breakdowns are configured.
- Here, you can add additional breakdowns beyond the default one or two.
-
Configuring Breakdowns:
- Each breakdown allows you to select a field or criteria by which the data should be segmented. For example, breakdowns can be based on assignment group, category, location, department, etc.
- You can add breakdowns by clicking on the "Add breakdown" button or similar option provided in the form.
-
Save Changes:
- After adding the breakdowns, make sure to save the changes to the indicator configuration.
Please mark my solution as Accept, if you find it helpful.

Samaksh Wani

Thanks @Samaksh Wani, I think there is a slight misunderstanding here, I'm unable to filter the indicator by more than 3 breakdowns. It says "Maximum 2 filters applicable"
