Integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft 365 to get the Approval Notifications Via teams.

I was trying to Integrate ServiceNow with Teams, we are going with Pre-Built Configuration method, we installed ITSM for M365 plugin and Navigated to Install azure Apps got the permissions for the Request based chat and SSO activity Notification and Configured the manifest and downloaded that manifest within the Teams.  We are able to see NOW virtual agent within Teams, now we are not Getting the approvals messages, Can Someone guide on this.
