Interaction Duration is coming correctly in Dashboard

Hi Team, 

Interaction duration not coming correct, kindly assist how can I resolve this issue, please find the screenshot FYR.

along with the duration some dates are coming, how can i remove just only show duration.

It's controlled by a Business Rule called "Calculate Duration" running on "Interaction table", you can fit to your purpose using the same:
