Hi Developers,
We have enabled virtual agent icon on portal through Agent chat configuration. When launching virtual agent chat, its showing border line(Refer screenshot1) around agent chat icon and after sometime its removed automatically(refer screenshot2). We do not want to show this line when launching virtual agent chat.
Please help to resolve this.
