Is there configurations required to switch from ITSM Standard to ITSM Professional?

We currently have ITSM/ITOM Standard and have updated to ITSM/ITOM Professional.  Is there specific configurations/installations that we need to do to start taking advantage of the new features.  I have been searching for documentation and have not found anything.  Any help would be truly appreciated.

Hi @Teresa Core1 ,

ITSM Professional adds eight applications to the standard ServiceNow ITSM package:
• Predictive Intelligence
• Virtual Agent
• Performance Analytics
• Continual Improvement Management
• Service Owner Workspace
• Vendor Management Workspace
• DevOps Change
• Dynamic Translation

Now, it depends on which features you want to use and accordingly configure. Please refer below white paper for more information.

If you found my response helpful, could you please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’? This small action goes a long way in helping other community members find the right answers more easily and supports the community.
