is this possible to receive chat accept message for all available agents in agent workspace

Hi @siva14 ,

 

Unfortunately No. Agent chat uses AWA to route chats to agents based upon availability,capacity & skills.

In connect chat that feature was present where chat used to be the received by a single queue where all the members where present.
