Make groupby field in different color in report

Hi team,

I have a requirement where we have a report and its shown on the basis of one groupby field...requirement is that they want when we show report the groupby field that's shown should have different colors is it possible? Please let me know

Have one more question i have a HTML field in catalog item which is showing in report and in that users fill links as well they want that link to be clickable in report when seen is it possible any suggestion?

Not quite sure that I understand? and what you're trying to obtain. Can you give some more clarity into this?

I have a HTML type field in catalog item in which users paste links for any page....now that field is shown in my report as well what client was asking is when we see that  link in report in that field can we click on it directly
