In our instance, managers are unable to add members to their groups that contain the role sn_spend_psd.psd_admin. We have also tried assigning this role directly to the managers, but they are still unable to add members.
Could someone please assist with this issue?
We are getting message like "job add or removes role(s) from user(s) of group and why has it been queued"
Thank you.

Hi,
When adding or removing members from groups, there is a job that kicks off to accomplish that. So it doesn't happen "instantaneously", but within a few seconds or so after (ServiceNow added this behavior several versions ago). You'd have to refresh the page and see the result of the members being added or removed.
Have you given it a short bit and then refresh the page and check the result?

Hello ,
Thanks for the response .
I am aware of the job, and I checked five minutes after it was completed, but the user was not added. Could this be related to the scope? The manager is adding users to a group in the global scope, but that group contains roles from the Procurement scope.
Please let me know if there's anything else we should consider.

If the group has this level of role, then they can only add people to groups with this level role if they have it themselves. And, they may need to "elevate to it" to enable it, before they can add members. Please verify that the manager in question has the role themselves, first, then check and see if they need to elevate to it by access their profile in the upper right-hand corner and selecting "Elevate Role":
They may not need to elevate to it, as the role may not even be an elevated role, so this part here is just a 2nd thing you can do after first ensuring they have the role themselves.
Being a manager of a group does NOT give you any role, you must be a member to inherit the role from the group (or have it directly assigned to your user profile, but that's not recommended).
