Mass Email Communication to the user

Hi All,

 

we have requirement where we need to enable a feature after to send the Mass Email Communication.

We have ITSM pro license. can someone please help me with how can we enable it and the steps involved in it?

Campaigns for Content Experiences (servicenow.com) is a way of curating information for wide audiences (which can include emails)
