Medical Device field does not show category

Hello SN community,
We have a Medical Device field populated with medical devices. When adding a new device the category does not show in a new Case. Can anyone please assist me on why "Pulse Oximeter" does not show under category?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@agatz Since Device is a reference field, please check if it has a reference qualifier defined which filters the Category Pulse Oximeter. To check the reference qualifier, right click on the Device field and click Configure Dictionary, on the dictionary page check if any reference qualifier is defined on the field.

I just need some clarification. Am I looking in the right place here? The Image below is what was already there. I've added some And/Or combinations and it only seems to change which options are available and not the display itself.
Also curious why other options with Pulse Oximeter category show correctly?

@agatz The existing reference qualifier indicates that it will show those records which are active true and where Device Category field is false.
Please check if the records which is not showing up fails this filter.

@Sandeep Rajput Thank you again for your reply. It is showing, its just missing the Category. I need it to display Pulse Oximeter like the others do.
