Hi,
I would like to modify the label of the Additional Comments field in Service Operation Workspace
I tried modifying the client script that adds "customer visible" to the label and that didn't work. I don't have any label override. How do I remove "customer visible" from the tab in workspace?
Thanks,
Sam

I am in Yokohama and SOW version is 6.1.6 and it's not present on my side.
this client script might be adding that in SOW "Modify Comments Label".
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Thanks @Ankur Bawiskar
We are on Xanadu and SOW is on version 6.1.7 as I just updated it today. I spun up a PDI with Xanadu and it shows "comments" in SOW as well. It really makes me wonder if there is some customization we did. It is not the custom label, I tested with the "Modify Comment Label" client script. They are not the issue.

@Bhuvan @Ankur Bawiskar @kaushal_snow @Rafael Batistot
It turns out I do have a client script that changes the label. It has "Smartphone" in the name so I glanced over it. I changed that script so now the label is changed. Thanks for all of your help.
Now my next challenge is to change the placeholder text. It looks like it is dynamic. The changed label appears in the placeholder text
I think it is in the UI Message table but I can't seem to find where this came from....if you are so kind of help me one last time 🙂
