MS team Interaction are going to UAT

i have integrated the MS team ServiceNow app integration to my UAT instance and its working fine,

 

now i have moved the changes to PROD and un-installed the tenet from the UAT and installed it in the PROD instance 

 

now, if any new interaction which are initiated from the Teams application it is going to capture in the UAT only.

 

why and where i have to redirect this to PROD ?

Hi, if this is impacting messages\interactions initiated by MS Teams, then it sounds like you need to make changes change to the 'teams' configuration so that it points at your SNC PROD instance.
Did you update or recreate the MS 365 provisioning to point endpoint and oauth to your prod instance?
