Hi @Sairam3697 ,
Please share the notification definitation and any example email subject line, what exactly not working explain that.
Find out which email notification is triggering that email and check the subject line there. Idealy, statement is hard coded and record number is dynamic using ${number}.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi @AshishKM ,
Just navigate to an existing incident > Click on the more options on the top right > Email. You can see the subject auto populating. But that is not working for me.

Ok, so you should mention that you are referring the "Email Client", idealy the record's short description is auto added as Email Subject line.
In your case, Is it empty ? .... if you keep saying "not working for me", we never know what is not working until you are sharing any articats.
So share one example with record short description and email client both together.
-Thanks,
AshishKM
