NLU Service is not available in new PDI

I have noticed that in new PDI instances that the NLU service is no longer available, or at lease it appears that way. In my previous PDI it was working as expected. I have released and spun up three new PDI's with the same issue when going to the NLU workbench. This results in you not being able to train oob models or any new models you create. Anyone else notice the same thing? Thanks

Has this issue been resolved? I am getting same error message.

I am also receiving this in my new PDI tried the same thing spinning up a new one and get the same error.

I still have yet to find a resolution to this issue or any indication/communication from ServiceNow that we are no longer able to train NLU models from PDI's. But I have a feeling that is now the case moving forward unfortunately.

Predictive Intelligence and NLU training is not supported on Developer instances. you have to use a sub prod instance. Training of these solutions takes significant server computation, it can be the reason.
