Notification on request "Comment left on request"

Hello! Can anyone know how to test this OOB notification because it doesn't sent notifications emails when we add a comment on RITM. i made changes on the condition : "when to send" but anything is happend

Hi @ahmed-24 ,

 

Ya, I think it doesn't work as expected. You can use GlideRecord instead. Glide to table "sys_user_has_role" and check if the requested for user has any of the required roles you mentioned in the script.
