how we can stop sending Notification in ServiceNow in case of auto rejecting scenario? like in my case of scenario notification should triggered if it is rejected by LOA Advocate or Manager orHRM but we have a functionality that if incident is pending till expected start date then the incident will auto reject. but we don't want this notification to get triggered in case of auto rejection so what approach or any method I could apply to stop this? I had tried to do by calling the event in Reject UI action but in that scene it rejecting by LOA advocate and not by Manager/HRM ... Please suggest me the solution its very urgent.

Can you break down your requirement, Its not clear there of lot of your internal business terms which not common to this world... can you explain ?
