ola conditions are matching but it is not getting attached to the ticket its not triggering.

Still no ola is getting attached

I am not Ankur, but here are some pointers:

 

What is the stop condition? If the stop condition is already active during the start condition, no SLA record will be created. 

I also think you need to remove the Assignment_group.vendor condition from your condition. It doesn't make sense. You trigger on 1 assignment group record and are then dotwalking to a field on that record.

the stop condition is state is closed complete and also this is working fine in my lower environment.
