on-call scheduling esclation set-up was done but notification not triggering

I have created on-call schedule and created a escalation setup for the on-call scheduling. But escalation emails are not generating. I have created the trigger rule as well, But still I did not see any escalation emails sent to the Primary/Secondary persons

Hi, unfortunately with no clear details of your configuration it is not possible to evaluate your issue based on your post.

Are you creating your test task within the on-call schedule? 

What do you see in the on-call dashboard, is your test user\group 'on-call'
