Virtual agent flow is not working as expected

Hello,

I have a requirement where we want to change the text "I need more help..." in virtual agent to "Show more". I followed the steps from the above link and I'm able to achieve this.
After following those steps. Now in the flow there is an option that comes after virtual agent provides us with some results. "What would you like to do now?" option are "I'm all set" and "Go back". Go back works as it was earlier however, "I'm all set" is triggering more results and it is "showing results 1-3 of 5" Then I get the same question "What would you like to do now?" And now when I select "I'm all set" it is triggering end flow which it must be doing in the initial click.
Steps that I did:
Created AI search fallback duplicate and AI search topic block duplicate
Edited the script in AI search - Editable flow. In Display options Node>Define choices(script)> here changed the text for I need more help... to Show more.
Code used:
Saved and published the topic
For AI search fallback added the one that is duplicated and edited.
Enclosed with the screenshots. Please advise, did I miss on anything?
