Hi team,
Iam trying to pull the report which are opened by service desk via metric table. how to fetch the report based on Assignment group, as opened by is referencing to user table.

Hi @Guptha123 ,
You can create a database view to join the sys_user table with the sys_user_grmember table and then make the report based on that database view. You can't dot-walk from sys_user to sys_user_group table or sys_user_grmember table.
