Page not found error is appearing while launching the newly created instance

Created a new account for learning , while clicking on start building I an getting Page not found error . Is anyone facing the same issue ?

Can you check on Developer.servicenow.com from where you created the PDI -- Click on your profile icon and go to Change Role and see if your Role is Admin or App engine creator. If it is not Admin then Change it to Admin and Admin_R.PNGtry again.
