Unable to create NLU Models in NLU Workbench

I'm unable to create NLU models and keep encountering errors. Could you please assist me with this issue ?

Hi @Neha861 

Please note that NLU service is not available on PDI thus you see these errors. If you want to use the NLU service, use a customer provided development instance.
