PKG files cannot be attached in sc_req_item

We have tried to add PKG files in sc_req_item but it doesn't work, has anyone had the same problem?

this list is empty, so it admits any type of file.

Can you also check the value of this system property if it exists in your system ?
glide.attachment.blacklisted.extensions
glide.security.attachment_type.use_blacklist
If they don't exist, please share the error screenshot.

Then rename the file type with extension .txt and try to upload. If it works,then it should be content and type mismatch. To avoid that, you can always zip the file and upload.
