Priority Change notification.

Hello All,

i am working on sending the email notification when the priority of an ticket is changes.

i refered to the thread here:

this works fine but it gives me thw sys id instead of the priority

I am just firing the preview notification.

Hi @Renu4 ,

 

Try to fire the notification by executing the notification condition. Then navigate to System Logs > Email

Find your notification and open. 

Click on the Related Link "Preview Email"

It is still giving me the sys id and not the old priority
