"sn_now_azure" missing for plugin "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams" on PDI Utah

I have no clue how to get "sn_now_azure" on my PDI (Utah)

Hi,

This plugin is available on ServiceNow Store. We cannot install it on PDI.

If you want to look features then you need to request it on your client/organisation instance (Demo/non-prod).

Hi @Steven61 ,

If you are using a PDI for this , you cannot install "sn_now_azure" as this needs to be procured from ServiceNow Store.

For which you need a cistomer insatance and store credentials.

I know, its a bit disappointing as it would be great to demo / explore the power of the SN -> MS Teams integration on a clean OOTB vanilla instance

@Community Alums It's not even available for partner non-prod instances (Utah / Vancouver EA) ? Can't find sn_now_azure in the store. Do you have any advice?

The latest version 6.0.0 (Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams App id: sn_va_teams) solved the issue for me.
