Hi,
This plugin is available on ServiceNow Store. We cannot install it on PDI.
If you want to look features then you need to request it on your client/organisation instance (Demo/non-prod).
Thanks
Anil Lande

Hi @Steven61 ,
If you are using a PDI for this , you cannot install "sn_now_azure" as this needs to be procured from ServiceNow Store.
For which you need a cistomer insatance and store credentials.

This happened to me on a non-PDI production instance, and it has been happening across many applications as ServiceNow moves apps into the ServiceNow Store. The fix for me has been to go out to the Store and do a GET on the application, in this case "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams". Then, go into the app dependencies within the Store, and do a GET on ones with a red x indicating we are not licensed (which we really are licensed based on feedback from account reps". Further, we need to check the dependencies of the dependencies, and GET those apps from the Store as well. Keep in mind all of these are app updates, not fresh installs, that update fine in sub-environments, but fail in production.
In all fairness, we have not done a good job keeping up with app updates, so I suspect that is the reason for the issues, but maybe not. Anyway, hope this helps someone else.
