Rate Card Creation Per Hour

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create Rate Card "Per Hour". Scenario is, user working out of business hours will attract a charge multiplier of 1.5 times and any Sunday or Holiday work will attract a charge multiplier of 2 times. We have field "Interval" with values like daily, weekely,monthly etc., and nothing specific for Per Hour calculation. Can some one please help how to get the holiday and the out of business hours timing of a supported user to calculate and create the rate card.
