Record producer variables not visible on portal

Hello,

I've created a couple of records producers and had no issues with them on service portal.

Today I did another one and the only thing that would show on portal is title, short description and description.

I've checked the variables and are exactly the same as the ones that are visible ones in other record producers.

Any ideas?

Hi @Elena Spıru ,

Can you please share the screenshot of your record producer and variables that you created, maybe they are hidden try or active false that's why they are not showing the variables also check ui policy if that making visible false, or if you are using variable set check if there is any ui policy which making it visible false.

Also check for roles if any added there

Hello! All variables are visible, no hidden checkbox or catalog UI policy present to hide them. Also no roles were added

Hello! Existing variables, changed the record producer + insert and stay
