Record producer variables not visible on portal

Hello,

I've created a couple of records producers and had no issues with them on service portal.

Today I did another one and the only thing that would show on portal is title, short description and description.

I've checked the variables and are exactly the same as the ones that are visible ones in other record producers.

Any ideas?

Found the solution by creating another record producer and moving all the variables to it. Probably it was a ServiceNow error.
