Related list not accessable

Hi,

I have some related lists under Portal Content. Everything under this list are not clickable.. like buttons, filter, url etc. Any idea how to resolve? plz

@Rosy14  Are you using the correct "Application" scope to access it? 

1. Please check if it has to be in "Global" or any specific Application scope?

2. Also check if you are on impersonation and trying to refresh this record in a different tab who doesn't possess access.
