Reminder table is not working. Events are not triggered

I need to use 'Reminder' table to send the notification when Reminder for Incident is created, when Reminder is deleted and of course the main notification about the Reminder at the time which has been set (f.e. 15 minutes BEFORE due date).

 

I tested that on different instances and even rare PDIs. When I created Incident and added some related Reminders it's not working as expected.

 

1st notifcation should be triggered when Reminder is created -> EVENT and NOTIFICATION are created only if Reminder 'Using' field is set to 'Using outlook'. For 'Send as email' event and notification are not triggered.

 

2st notification for the Reminder is not send when 'Using' is set to 'Using outlook', but it's send when 'Send as email' is set.

 

3rd notification when Reminder is deleted is not working in any case.

 

I need some help, because it's hard to find some related issue. My final purpose is to trigger that events which are responsible for that notifications. I know the workaround to do it manually, but I'd prefer to use that OOTB solution.
