Hi Team,
Has anyone experienced discrepancies in record producer visibility between different ServiceNow portals for ITIL users? Specifically, we're encountering an issue where the 'Report an Issue' record producer is visible in service portal for ITIL users but not in the employee center portal.
Any insights or suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!"
