Hi All, I have an issue in the workflow that I created. In the workflow, when a Catalog Task is completed, it triggers 2 actions- 1) 2nd Catalog Task is created & 2) Timer is started. The issue that I am facing is when the 2nd catalog task is completed, the RITM should be closed as per the run script but that part of the workflow is not running till the timer is running. Why is that happening and how to fix it?
I have attached a SS of the WF... the node marked in Blue which is not running. Please help how can this be fixed
