Hi I have created a record producer. I want whenever I submit a request from portal. A RITM is attached to my request form. How to configure it?

What is the actual requirement? Do you want to create a request(sc_request) from the record producer?

Your target table on Record producer should be sc_req_item...

Why use record producer though? Why not catalog item?
