After a reclamation candidate is marked closed skipped, do another reclamation candidate get generated in future , is there any checks to again check and generated reclamation candidate.
Use case - Example an RCC is marked closed skip because user wants to keep license now. But in future he might not need it, so will the RCC record generate again after sometime?
