Save Button is not getting displayed on the report

Hi, 

I have shared a report with the user but user is not able to view save button on the report. 

I have shared the report in two instances. In one instance, save button is displayed and in the other, it is not displayed. User is not having report_admin role in both the instances.

Can anyone help me on this?
