Hello ServiceNow Community, I'm facing an issue with SCCM integration where assets with HTH SW Configuration are appearing in the alm_asset table, but no configuration data is being pulled from SCCM into the config file. I've verified that SCCM does have the configuration information for these assets, and I've checked the discovery range settings where the IP addresses should be included. However, I'm seeing an error stating "IP address not in the discovery schedule" even though the IPs are clearly within the configured range. Has anyone encountered this issue where SCCM shows the configuration data but ServiceNow isn't syncing it properly? Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps or potential causes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
