We have a start date field on a variable in RITM, we'd like to use that as a reference and send a survey 3 days after that start date. Any suggestions on how to approach this? Business rule on a trigger condition?
You could go for a Scheduled Flow. Trigger that once a day for example, which queries for the specific variables and if they are created before 3 days ago
