Service Catalog - shift Popup to conversation

Dear Community,

 

We want to change the popup VA tender to the conversation to display it as a conversation in the virtual agent interface. Could you please give us a hint on how to make this change?

Hello @Armine Khurshud,

 

Service Catalog pre-determines the mode of rendering based on some conditions. The conversational experience can only happen if you have simpler catalog items adhering to the conditions below:

If you can find a way to remove scripts or any variable type not supported as a conversation, the render type will change automatically.
